Packaging & Shipping
1) For package: Our adhesive label can be packed in roll or sheet or individually cut, and the gross weight is normal within 15 KG as customer requirment.
If you are applying your labels by machine, or having a contract manufacturer apply the labels then you will need to know the unwind direction. The wind direction chart is as below:
Here also attached the packing detail for your reference.
1.Inner package: Thin plastic film surround the products to protect it from scratching and water.
2.Outer package: Internationally standard K3K 5 layers corrugated cartons.
3.Making the products arrive at our customer safe and in time is what we pursue.
2) For Shipping: Supply door to door services, via air, sea, international express, etc. we calculate the cheapest way for you, without any hidden cost.

1) How do I place an order and what information will I have to provide when ordering?
Please provide the details :
Material/Size/Printing color/Surface finishing/packing/cut/Design/Applied place/Usage.
If you not sure what is material or surface finishing used,pls advice where your label sticker will be applied to,we can make suggest to you.
2) Do you offer materials finish options ?
Yes,we supply different adhesive paper which could meet your requirement.
e.g.Gloss, Matt, Brushed, Clear ect.
3) Can you send me a free sample printed with my design ?
Since our printing machine is flexo printing machine and there would have platses setup cost , if your job are simple and small quantity, we suggest a JPG proof to you, then we take pictures for your checking before order shipment. Most of our customers choose this.
4)What is your MOQ?
Normally,our MOQ is 500pcs,but it is also based on the customer\’s request.
5) How long can I expect to get the goods?
Normaly by courier, it will take about 3-8 working days.
6) What about the lead time for mass production?
About 5 to 7 business days
7) How much for delivery ?
It is up to the weight of the package, we compared the cheapest cost for you.
