Q1: Do you do customized design painting/print?
A1: Yes, oil painting and canvas print, size, logo, and packaging all can be customized.
Q2: What\’s MOQ for handmade painting/canvas print?
A2:1 piece of oil painting.

Q3: Can I get a sample to test quality for placing bulk order?
A3: Yes,sample will be provided. Free product cost,freight is on buyer side.
Q4: What do I pay for shipping?
A4:We only use reputable carriers like EMS, Fedex, DHL or UPS.
We ship unframed paintings in a protective hard plastic tube.
Q5:What if my painting is damaged during shipping?
A5:In the very rare case that your painting arrives damaged,Please refuse the delivery so we can receive the package back from the shipping company and claim the insurance funds. We will paint a new painting for you and will ship it to you within 10 days. This extremely rare circumstance company and as we will paint for you a new painting for absolutely free.
Q6: Since painting charge freight, does that cover customs or taxes?
A6:As with most purchases, paying any local customs or taxes is the customer\’s responsibility.However,
it has been our experience that 99.5% of the paintings arrive untaxed.
Q7: What\’s the biggest size I can order?
A7:We can accept any size you want, our largest paintings are 3m(H) by 100m(L).
Q8: Will your artist sign the painting?
A8:Not, most of our painting didn\’t sign, but if you need, then we can sign as you want
