What to do with the problem that Criicut cannot recognize the marks due to light reflection?
1. Check your printer setting
- Make sure NOT to use the \’Plain Paper\’ type to print.
- Try printing with \’Standard\’ quality.
2. Please try the following methods
- Use a black marker to redraw the cutting sensor lines to make it darker.
- Close the top lid of the cutting machines.
- Close the light in your room or move the machine to other place without too much direct light.
- Hold up the cutting mat to make it flat without bending when the Criicut is scanning the lines.
