2. Only the following situation can get full refund : A.very large place dirty,you can not used it . (A small gray dot and black dot not belong to quality problem. Garment quality contrl said: 100m allow 10dots ) B.very large place broken,you can not used it . (1/2 thread out not belong to quality problem )
3 . We don't responsible for buyer country customs tax and clean customs . If buyer refuse to pay tax , and parcel send back , buyer need to pay for shipping fee and all the lose because of refusing paying tax.
